Jacob’s interest in accounting began with a love for structure and precision, but the spark truly ignited after taking his first accounting course with a professor whose passion made the subject come alive. That interest became direction during a summer internship with Robert, where real client work and new responsibility confirmed he was on the right path.
Today, Jacob supports small businesses, churches, and individuals with bookkeeping, tax preparation, and QuickBooks support. He enjoys helping clients bring order to their finances and feel confident in their financial decisions.
Guided by integrity, transparency, and his faith, Jacob believes accounting is more than numbers; it’s a way to serve others. With a calm, detail-oriented approach and an ISTJ work style, he takes pride in offering clarity, dependability, and peace of mind to those he works with.
Robert Colon
Robert’s path to accounting was anything but ordinary. A graduate of Bucknell University with dual degrees in Physicsand Political Science, he initially began his career in finance as a financial advisor at a boutique wealth management firm. It was during his preparation for the CFP® exam that he discovered a deep interest in the complexities of accounting and taxation an interest that would soon define his professional journey.
To build a strong foundation, Robert joined a small CPA firm, where he gained hands on experience in tax preparation, small business accounting, and client advisory services. There, he developed a passion for supporting entrepreneurs as they pursued their business goals and for helping individuals find peace of mind amid the often daunting world of taxes.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail, approachable demeanor, and dedication to client success, Robert takes pride in guiding clients through the intricacies of the tax code so they can rest easy confident that their finances are in capable hands.
